Hi! My name is Tomasz Pieszko. I’m not a doctor or some health guru – just a normal guy who got really curious about spine health, pain, and how our daily habits can mess (or improve) the way we feel.
A few years ago, I started noticing weird things – neck pain in the mornings, waking up tired even after “enough” sleep, and feeling heavy after long hours sitting in front of the computer. I thought maybe it’s just age catching up… but I was only in my early 30s.
One day, a friend told me to try a chiropractor. I went to a clinic in Wrocław, honestly not expecting much. But after just one adjustment, I felt my body relax in a way I didn’t even know was possible. The chiropractor also explained how tiny things – like the way I sit at my desk – could slowly affect my nerves, muscles, and even mood. That conversation kinda flipped a switch in my head.
LEARNING ABOUT MY BODY (AND MY HABITS)
After that, I got hooked. I started reading books, watching talks, and digging into topics like posture, breathing, stretching, and even stress management. I learned that your spine is not just “bones” – it’s a highway for your nerves, and keeping it healthy can make a huge difference in energy and focus.
Now, I try to move more, stretch in the morning (ok, sometimes I forget 😅), eat more greens (still love burgers tho 😁), and pay attention to my posture when I work. I’m not perfect, but I believe small steps matter more than waiting for a “perfect plan” that never comes.
WHY I MADE THIS WEBSITE
This site isn’t only for people in pain. It’s for anyone who wants to understand their body a little better. Because when you get how something works, you can start changing it – for yourself or for someone you care about.
I know that sometimes, reading just one short article can plant a seed that grows into a big lifestyle change. That’s why I share my own journey here – maybe it helps someone else take that first step.
